Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Inyeon (the app or website), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Inyeon is operated by the Inyeon Team ("we," "us," or "our"). If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Description of Service

Inyeon is an iOS application designed to help you nurture personal relationships through contacts, photos, memories, and gentle reminders. The Inyeon website provides information about the app.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Inyeon. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

Your Data & Privacy

Your use of Inyeon is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You own your data. We do not access, sell, or share your personal data. All personal data is stored on your device and your personal iCloud account.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Inyeon app
• Use Inyeon for commercial data harvesting or unauthorized data collection
• Attempt to access other users' iCloud data or personal information
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation
• Use the service in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations

Intellectual Property

The Inyeon name, logo, design, and source code are the property of Inyeon. All rights reserved. The concept of "inyeon" (인연) is a Korean cultural term and is not claimed as proprietary intellectual property.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Inyeon is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any data will be preserved indefinitely.

Limitation of Liability

Since all personal data is stored on your device and iCloud account, we are not responsible for data loss due to device failure, iCloud service issues, or user actions. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid for using Inyeon.

Termination

We reserve the right to discontinue Inyeon at any time. You may stop using the service at any time by deleting the app from your device.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Your continued use of Inyeon after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
